The Printshop offers its spacious conference
room for rent for meetings, lectures, receptions and other
events. The space showcases new artwork year round, providing
a pleasant and inspiring environment for any occasion.
The conference room is equipped with a phone,
a slide projector and a media cart, a projection screen and a side
table for a computer. Seating is
available for 30 people auditorium style, or 10 at the conference
table. Additional 3' x 7' tables are available for setup.

accessible Elevator: Accessible by two elevators Space: Total public space is approximately 1,000 square feet Bathrooms: Three (one is wheelchair
accessible) Hours: The Printshop is open
to the public Monday - Sunday from 10 AM - 6 PM. Events can
take place during these hours or in the evening. Caterer: As the Printshop does not employ an in-house caterer,
selection can be made by the renter. The Printshop can recommend
local caterers we have worked with in the past. Kitchen: Preparation area
with a counter approximately 2' wide by 4' long, one standard refrigerator
and a kitchen sink. Several slop sinks are located in the studios. Rates: $50 per hour Monday - Sunday 10AM - 6PM; $75 per hour after
6PM. Clean-up fee: A post-event clean-up
fee of $50 will also be applied if the cleanup is needed. Reservation and Payment: Dates are reserved upon receipt of a 50%
refundable deposit. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellations made fewer than 2 weeks before the event will result
in forfeiture of the entire deposit. No dates will be reserved
without receipt of deposit. Attachments: A floor plan of the Printshop and a description of
the exhibition on view may be requested.
